We've been thinking a lot on leadership around here lately.
Which got me to thinking. . .
What makes a good leader? What makes a not-so-great leader?
If you're like me then you know either one when you see it but it's hard to pinpoint exactly what makes them that way.
Thoughts??

i think a good leader is someone who knows how to keep control, without being controlling... make sense?

ReplyDeleteWhen I think of a good leader, I think of someone that can provide a clear vision, that can motivate, that can empower and enable those he/she leads, that thinks firstly of how he/she can serve.
